Gee, you fellows and all your different calls.  I got WN8JPJ in 1971 then WB8JPJ in 73.  Haven't changed since.  I think it is because of the "John Paul Jones"  name that my best buddy at the time thought up the second day that I had my novice ticket.

  My novice tcket, WN8OIW, was issued in 1953, by 1954 I was W8OIW and in 1997 shortened it to W8OI.

     I was issued KN8UNV in 1960, K8UNV in 1961. W8UV in Feb of 1997
