Alan,

      The OZ7C database says (as of Sept 2007) to QSL via the Home 
Call.   QSLinfo.de says the same thing.

      The Daily DX reported on September 7, 2007, that Denny would be in 
Afghanistan until March 2008.

      The only spot I found on DX Summit that indicated any QSL info was 
this one:

      So, my guess is that your best bet is to send a QSL to his home call 
and wait until he gets home.  Of course, it "could" happen that his mail is 
forwarded from NC to YA so you "might" get a QSL even sooner.
