[WVDXA] WV needed on 80 meters

Pete,

     Sorry I did not see your message sooner.  He was on 3520.4 but I was
just able to get a whisp of a signal once in awhile.  Heard a couple of
folks work him but never could hear him well enough to call him.  I guess
the N-S-E-W antenna needs to be a little more focused, hi!
