[WVDXA] FJ on 14.1944

After reading Clark's tall tales I hesitate to report this but the FJ is on  
14.1944, listening 14.200 to 14.220 and I did work him mobile about half hour  
ago on that band.
 
He's now doing Europe only but says that at 1500Z (I think, could have been  
1600z) he'll do NA again.
