FYI from [DX-NEWS] ARLD051 DX news  

PALESTINE, E4.  Steve, OM3JW, Mike, OM2DX, Rudi, OM3PC and Miro,
OM5RW are QRV as E4/OM2DX until December 22.  They are active with
two stations operating simultaneously on 160 to 10 meters using CW,
SSB and RTTY.  QSL via OM3JW.

Some current spots but not sure they are good. E4 not supposed to start till 
tomorrow I think.  GL to the needy.
