[WVDXA] BS7H in Moundsville

Became copyable in Huntington about 7:55 AND WAS VERY GOOD UNTIL  8:40.  Then 
faded.  I can still copy him an hour later but he's faded  so much there's 
little hope of working him.  JAs mostly and some  Europe.  I never heard a 
standby for NA.
 
4 Elements at 55 feet.

All -- Best copy on BS7H was between 08:00 to  08:50 local on 20 CW and SSB.  
Very readable and consistently above the  noise.
 
Antenna is 2-el at 70 ft.
