[WVDXA] Phone Call-around for BS7

I got Greg's call, but II was in Athens at the hamfest.
I hear "helpers" on the dx freq sending FU, UP and No.

  The phone call-around did not work well this morning.  I got a call
(thanks Greg) but I know it broke down because I called several later and
only one that I talked with had received a call about the BS7 being on.

  A lot of people just were not home or on their secondary number (where one
was listed) and WA8WV's phone was not working, but the system still should
have worked all the way around and it didn't.  Please remember, we are all
supposed to call the next one on the list, and if he is not available we go
on down another line to the next one on the list.  If we get no answer
there, we're supposed to keep dropping down until we reach somebody, then he
runs with the "ball."
