[WVDXA] WV DX Aces

Gents:

It dawns on me that I've not submitted a card since returning to the 
U.S. almost seven years back.  To be honest, I've not yet requested 
cards from a number of the most recent operations.

I checked the DXCC Countries List and found that I now need just four:
Yemen, Glorioso, North Korea and Scarborough Reef.  My excuse?  I was 
gone for over fifteen years.
