I got an e-mail from Yoh-san JL3CRS (http://jl3crs.blog14.fc2.com/). 

After looking at:

he said "The BS7H team will take on the ship on April-24 and depart on 
April-25 
for Scarborough Reef".  He seemed they should be on about April-28th. 

My personal computer doesn't match in Chinese language. 
Then I tried to translate them by Google. 
The following words appeared: 
  "BS7H team debut in the mainland, to come to Hong Kong tomorrow and the day 

  after tomorrow depart.
  7:00 later, in the mainland BS7H expedition team and his party arrived in 
  Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Foshan, Hong Kong and Shenzhen HAM informed of the
