  I have it from a very, very good source that BS7H was going to be QRV
tomorrow BUT.... Clark W8TN contacted the team via sat-radio and advised
that his tower/SteppIR project would not be complete til next week.  They
have pushed back the start of the operation to give Clark a few more days to
complete his project.  How's that for clout?
