I forgot about Hal's query too, Dave.

I despatch QSL's via the outgoing bureau a couple of timers per year.
The numbers vary greatly, 200 to 700 each time.

Like you, for cards that I need for awards purposes, I send them direct.
I generally use the outgoing bureau in responding to incoming bureau cards.
