I forgot about the outgoing QSL bureau stuff you asked about Mr. Turley. 

I use OG bureau atleast 3-4 times a year with 200-400 cards each. Works real 
good for me in responding to QSL's received thru the bureau. I do not use the 
OG bureau for initial or needed Q's.
