[WVDXA] LOTW

Is it just me or is something happening that's bigger than that?  Of  the 42 
DX QSOs I've had since returning from Florida in mid-March, not one  has yet 
been a match on LOTW.  I upload/download to LOTW every day.  
 
For a while I thought I was getting a match on about one out of ten or  
fifteen.
