For those of you needing VU7, here is the announcement from the
DX-List Reflector:
>HAMFEST - VU7, January 15-25 2007.

>NIAR is pleased to announce activities of the #2 Most Wanted Entity,

>meeting of Inter-ministerial representatives with NIAR in New Delhi and
>gave in-principal approval for VU7 operations. However formal approval
