Gary,
Count me in. I am away from home (at work & during commute) from 1230-2230Z Monday thru Friday. I would be more than happy to fill some time slots during my 'at home' hours. My home phone number is 304-366-9559, work 304-363-4100. I'll need to send you my track phone number too. We rarely use it, but we have dial up internet access, so the home phone is busy a lot (teenage daughter, hi !).

Tomorrow, hopefully, the VU7LD Dxpedition at Lakshadweep begins. At this low point in the sunspot cycle propagation probably won't allow many nice openings to WV, and none of us can listen 24 hours a day. So why don't we set up a calling chain among those of us who need this rare one?
During the first Andaman DXpedition, eight of us got into a chain. If anyone heard the DX, he would immediately call the next one on the chain list by phone and tip him off. That guy called then next one on the list, etc. The last guy on the list called the first one listed and the circle completed. It worked really well. I got a call from K4OM at about 4 a.m. one morning and was able to work the VU4 thanks to Pete. Others did too.
Anybody interested? If so, send me your phone number and I'll put together a list and circulate it.
Garry, W8OI
