Tomorrow, hopefully, the VU7LD Dxpedition at Lakshadweep begins. At this
low point in the sunspot cycle propagation probably won't allow many nice
openings to WV, and none of us can listen 24 hours a day. So why don't we set up
a calling chain among those of us who need this rare one?

During the first Andaman DXpedition, eight of us got into a chain. If
anyone heard the DX, he would immediately call the next one on the chain list by
phone and tip him off. That guy called then next one on the list, etc. The
last guy on the list called the first one listed and the circle completed.
It worked really well. I got a call from K4OM at about 4 a.m. one morning and
was able to work the VU4 thanks to Pete. Others did too.

Anybody interested? If so, send me your phone number and I'll put together
a list and circulate it.

Garry, W8OI
