The FCC finally published the necessary stuff in the federal register so the new rules will go into effect on Dec 15 at 12:01 am eastern. We extra class types will get 150 more kc on 75 meters for phone. Will the dx window move? If so, where? Who makes this kind of decision? Pete K4OM
