I will actually place the order this coming week.  If you are not  listed and 
want one of the collectible shirts as a participant in WVQP, please  let me 
know-- NO LATER than Thursday, August 3.  Shirts cost will be $8  if I don't 
have to mail it or $10 if I do.  If you are listed above and  haven't already 
remitted payment, please drop me an email and we can  finalize how you wish to 
pay.   I plan to be at the Mill for the  WVSARC / ARRL State Convention in 
August and will have the shirts with  me. Any shirts not paid for by that time 
will likely not be  delivered. I still haven't decided on this year's color but 
it will be  consistent with the eye-catching colors of the previous 4 years. 
Looks like we  once again had great participation with WVQP.  Hats off and 
thanks to  Rich, K8VE and WVSARC for a great contest!
