Apparently the HA stations 10 watt erp limit is not strictly enforced.
Card from HA5JI/2 indicates IC-706mk2g driving an Accom 1000 amp
to a pair of 6 el beams.  Even with my poor math skills this seems slightly
 over 10watts erp.  Card is in hand.

Am I the only WVDXA member to work KH8SI so far?
Get to work as they are only gonna be there till sometime Tuesday.
