WVDXA DX and also new Regs

I saw very little activity stateside on DX Summit. Will try tonight to 
increase my count. On another note, will VPN  be holding special classes 
for us average joes? I don't know if I've heard this guy on HF "live" 
but I just read that he is real fast. And Mac, I'd invest in some of 
these equalizer and audio companys  as there a lot of  folks that may 
not make the bandwidth limits without them. Better hurry tho--- 4-1-07
