I have now read the rules and I'm all set I guess.  Except, can  I  send my 
letter to you as a Microsoft Word attachment to email, or as a  FAX?
 
At the WVDXA meeting during the WVQSO party at the Radio Museum the members  
voted to submit Hal's name for Ham of the Year and asked me to write a letter, 
 but I can't get him to send me bio material because I think he feels too 
modest  to get involved.
 
But I'm about through putting the letter together.
