WVDXA need help

hey guys,
  well here i am again. I NEED YOUR HELP!!!! it's gotten to the point  that i'm begging for help.....i all ready know i can count on PETE,  K4OM. and GARY, W8OI. 
   what i need is someone that can go up about 25-30 feet in a  bucket truck....that can weld a rotor plate in place on a motorized  tower. i'll be glad to pay for your time and eqip. if you have the  welding materials.....or i'll rent what we need.
  also need a couple of antennas put together and installed
