Phil,

That works both ways my friend. Your many, many phone calls over the
years kept my interest up when I may have given up on the band. And, your
willingness to check out my radio when I was sure the coax was bad or the
radio was broken because I could not hear a peep on a dead band did wonders
to reduce my stress.

And Garry's willingness to share his station let me keep up to date
on new countries when I could not work them from deep in my black
hole. Plus, his timely phone call alerted me to a European opening that
allowed me to finally reach the 100 mark on 6-M. Thanks doesn't begin to
cover it Garry!

That's the great thing about hams, we all help each other.

In a couple of hours I'll raise my glass of egg nog to both you guys,
to the many other great hams I have not mentioned who have helped me
immensely over the years, to the WVDXA, and to those new ham friends who
will help me in the future.

May you all have a Wonderful, Safe and Happy New Year and may 2007
bring you loads of rare DX and beautiful QSL's to hang on the wall. Thanks
everyone for the help, the encouragement, the camaraderie, and the friendship!
