WVDXA Santa Came Early !!

Thank you Santa for bringing me such a nice present!  Your elf in Laughlin, 
Nevada, wrapped it nicely in an airmail envelope AND he put the full dates 
on each QSO.  I can now make my submission to DXCC and include my 4O3T QSL's.

Here is a look at my card.  I also have a second card which has a 15-M CW 
contact on it.

This now gives me Montenegro on 15-M, 17-M, 20-M, 30-M, 40-M and 80-M on 
CW, SSB, and RTTY.  Not too shabby for such a new country.
