WVDXA Montenegro card

wait--time out,,, worthless, not!!  I saw a blurp from wayne mills 
saying that arrl will accept these cards without a day, as long as it is 
for july, 2006.
if you "have to " get a card or cards with a day, you can submit to the 
western qsl manager , n7 ??  and get them with day in them.
perhaps someone has a copy of that message with all the details.
all 3 of my cards had the day .
