WVDXA Did W8OP just work him?

Hey guys,
  what way you all pointing those beam antennas.....i don't hear a peep  short path, lp, or skew path....my logging program says 31 degrees for  short path....is this right....need him on ssb, rtty....73 Greg, W8GG
