Thanks Clark for all the good info and URLs.  Appreciate the excellent 
detective work.  I shall indeed check it all out.

Next, I'll see if there's any value with regard to these 9L1US cards. 
Looks like it may have been some State Department dude.  HI  Too bad 
they wouldn't let us spooks operate from exotic locations.
