Guam is an American possession so Chuck can get the FCC to take  action.  He 
solved a problem for the RV Service Net a few months ago  involving another 
country's over-the-horizon radar on 7.330 and I wrote a letter  to the editor 
that's in this month's QST.  He's a good guy.

I listened again this AM and judging from the format that I've  heard befoe 
on other frequencies, I've tentively ID'ed the station as  Adventist World 
Radio via Agar, Guam.  They also didn't ID at 1430z which  is another 
characteristic of AWR.  I've gone to their website and sent  them an email.  Will let you 
know any response I receive from  them.
